Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PG Works Online LLC (“PG Works Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or submit a contact or project request. We have written it in plain language and aimed to follow common U.S. and California website privacy practices. It is not legal advice.
Notice at collection
When you use our website or submit a form, we may collect the categories of personal information below. We collect this information directly from you and through standard website technologies, and we use it only for the purposes described in this policy.
- Identifiers and contact details – such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Professional / business information – such as your business name, when you choose to provide it.
- Communications content – the message and topic you submit through our forms.
- Internet/network and device information – such as IP address and basic browser/usage data processed for security, spam prevention, and (with your permission) aggregate analytics.
We use this information to respond to you, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We share it only with the service providers listed below, and only as needed for those purposes.
Data collected through forms
When you use our contact form or the quick connect popup, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name (optional), the topic you select, and your message. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help confirm that submissions come from a person rather than an automated bot; Cloudflare may process limited technical signals from your browser to perform this check.
We also use a short-term, in-memory rate limit on form submissions that references your IP address to reduce abuse. PG Works Online does not intentionally request or collect sensitive personal information through the website. We do not knowingly collect such information through our forms, and we ask that you not include sensitive details in your messages.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging a contact form submission.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the website and our services.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party service providers
PG Works Online LLC does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and our consent options before loading such tools.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes. These providers currently include:
- Resend – delivers contact form notifications and confirmation emails.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) – bot/spam verification on our forms.
- Vercel – hosts the Site and, with your consent, provides Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics).
- Drupal – used to manage certain website content; it does not receive visitor form submissions.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PG Works Online LLC or others.
Security safeguards
PG Works Online uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use first-party advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not set tracking cookies for behavioral advertising. Some essential functions (such as Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection) may store limited information on your device to work correctly. We also store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage so we can remember your choice.
With your permission, we use Vercel Analytics—privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics provided by Vercel, our hosting provider—to understand general site usage. Analytics do not load until you allow them through our consent banner. On your first visit you can Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences, and you can change your choice anytime using in the footer. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Choices page.
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies or similar technologies may affect how parts of the Site function, including spam protection on our forms.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, to operate and improve the Site, to meet our business and contractual needs, to prevent fraud and abuse, to maintain security, and to comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we aim to securely delete or anonymize it, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, security, or similar legitimate purposes.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of. Sharing information with our service providers for the purposes described above is not a “sale” or “sharing” for advertising under California law.
