Cancellation Policy

To best serve all clients, Martin Baker Therapy maintains the following cancellation policy.

Notice Required

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the time slot to be offered to another client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies are handled with understanding on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
